Rod End Spacer 1/2in ID x 3/8in Wide

Great customer service. The wrong one was sent, but after contacting Bryke, they sent the correct piece the very same day. The product itself was exactly what I needed and a perfect fit.

I expected the item to be like the picture with a 1/2" diameter hole and a height of 3/8". As you can see from the picture attached it's not the same as the product picture. These piece are 1" in height, 0.5" of which have a different profile than the rest. The hole diameter is correct 1/2".
