- Has my order shipped?I
All orders normally ship within 24 hours. We will notify you if this is not the case. You will recieve a tracking number via e-mail.

- When will my order arrive?
We strive to ship all orders that are recieved by 4:00 p.m. on the same day. UPS orders generally take 1 - 5 business days and U.S.P.S. generally takes 2 - 3 days. In the event of a backorder we will notify you and try to have your product shipped from one of our other warehouses.
- How do I return an item?

- How much is my shipping?
UPS Ground/Priority Mail is $9.95 or less.
UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Overnight is also available.
The best way to save money $$$$ is to order multiple parts for combined shipping.
- Do you charge sales tax?
We abide by all government tax laws. All products shipped to the state of Arkansas will be charged sales tax. Any item shipped outside the state of Arkansas is not subject to Arkansas sales tax. If any sales tax is due on orders shipped to other states it is the responsibility of our customers to pay this.
- How do I pay for my purchases?
We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Money Orders, Cashier Checks & Personal Checks. Personal checks must clear our bank before order will be shipped (up to 10 days). We accept U.S. Currency Only.
